KTC Ventures was started by Marius van den Heever, Gareth Clark and Nigel Clark in 2013.

We aim to meet business needs by providing quality and reliable products and services to our clients.

Marius Van Den Heever, Business Owner and Electronic Engineer

11 years experience in the Electronic Technology and Security Systems Industries, management of multiple branches, including a Bethlehem based branch for a national company. Managing the day to day running of the shop, overseeing employees, completed daily admin, as well as setting and analysing of weekly/monthly budgets and targets.
Helped train and teach in Admin, Electronic repairs, and Customer relations; also regularly assisted regional management with budgeting and work flow tracking.
For the past 2 years has been the Managing Director of Electracorp – Servicing Bethlehem and the Eastern Freestate Region in the areas of tv, audio and appliance repairs, DSTV installations, computer repairs etc, and also worked further afield into 5 out of the 9 South African Provinces.

Gareth Clark, Business Owner and Systems Administrator.

Qualified in Computing and Networking, A+, N+, Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
9 years experience in ICT Systems administration, including Linux and Windows systems environments, and Security Systems Consulting, Installation and Management.
5 years experience as a business owner, in the ICT and Security sectors, including business ownership, consulting, management of employees and customer relations. Developed a successful business and empowered others to provide quality technical support.
and concurrently;
9 years experience in the voluntary/faith sector, including leadership, project management, small business start up and mentoring. Opening up and developing initiatives to serve poor communities in Southern Africa.

Nigel Clark, Business Owner and Management Consultant.

Qualified in Purchasing, Contracts and Project Management via the UK Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management
16 years experience in governmental management, including procurement/purchasing/contracting, consultancy and project management, developing new methods of working in partnerships and using technology in the UK.
12 years experience in the voluntary/faith sector, including leadership, project management, events management, small business start up and mentoring. Opening up and developing initiatives to serve poor communities in Southern Africa
and concurrently;
7 years experience as an entrepreneur, in the hospitality and technology sectors, including business ownership, events management and consulting on business start up. Developing a successful business and helping young people do the same.
I have a particular focus on leadership development, business ethics, business planning and cross-cultural team dynamics.
